Highpoint Partners LLC is owned by Cinda Wood and started in February 2017 doing construction management projects as DBE in Oklahoma and Arkansas. During the oil and gas boom in Oklahoma, Cinda and her daughter Jodi developed software to track materials and equipment using this new method. Jodi went on to become Quick Book Pro adviser and now trainer for Procore a construction software.
In 2018, Highpoint added worked with ECS Trucking to manage their trucking projects.
In 2020 right before and during the pandemic, Highpoint brought in Darren, Cinda’s son and eight highly trained men and started bidding farm and building projects until city and courthouses could open to bid larger projects.
In 2022 – August, Highpoint certified Women Owned and was awarded the first large project at Mayo Lock and Dam which finished with The Corp of Engineers giving Highpoint an exceptional rating. As the company continued to add new crews, we built county bridges, took on 6th Street for Ponca City, Oklahoma and then in:
2023 – Move equipment into Ft. Leonardwood, MO performing the work as sub-contractor
earning another good report and by
2024 – Received 8(a) from SBA which allow us work again at Ft. Leonardwood, MO and this time as prime. Also, in 2024 we started our largest projects to date, replacing the Kevil Rail on three dam sites on the Mississippi River during the coldest part of the year. Each site was 100 miles apart in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa and required completion by March 1 when the barges were scheduled to roll in.
2024 – 2025 – One of four crews started the Hardeman Tx project where we finished the transfer roads to take down one side at a time, a bridge on Hwy 287. This project is a (3) year project where we mobilize at different times before finishing. The other crews finished the Old River Control Structure in Louisiana and smaller bridge projects.
2025 – Kevil Rail is finished and some of our new projects are in Oregon and as I write this about us, we are moving into Arizonia. We are a self-performing company utilizing our own equipment when possible.
Photos are added regularly and too, please enjoy a video one of our crew superintendents David made showing some of the projects he managed.
Our project manager, David Page, put together this short video on work his crews did on Kevil Raid Dam Site 20 and some of their work in Oregon and Missouri.
Kevil Rail was .06 degrees, and all concrete was poured under manmade shelters.
